every effort is made when packing your order to ensure you receive them in pristine condition, although, if you experience and defaults/damages please contact us via the contact form and we will advise how we can you our best help.

in some instances, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on circumstances. Please note, this is only valid for 27days after the day of purchase. After this date we cannot offer any replacement or refunds.

unfortunately, due to hygiene issues we do not currently offer returns. 

 

Delivery

Due to our products being handmade and having a team of 1, sometimes there can be slight delays, in these circumstances, please do not hesitate to contact us with an update of the progress of your parcel.

If you do not select tracking at checkout, you will not be covered if your parcel gets lost in the post and we will unfortunately not be able to give a refund or replacement.
